You keep placing larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
You are hiding your betting activity from family or friends.
You're having trouble focusing on work or studies.
You're betting with borrowed money or dipping into your savings.
You feel restless or irritable when you're not betting.
If you notice any of these signs, please reach out to our support team or use the self-exclusion tool.
